6、 Time relay inoperative
1. The light of the time relay is not on and the time relay does not work. The reason is that the power interface of the time relay is loose. Check the line interface at both ends of the time relay and measure with a multimeter to ensure that the line is smooth before it can return to normal.
2. The light of the time relay is on and the positioner does not rotate. Reason: the relay cannot operate normally when the time signal is not set; The setting of time relay is based on the value in front of "H / M / s". For example, "20m30" indicates 20 minutes and 30 seconds, especially in the "s" state. In the setting time, pay attention to the value in front of "s". Assuming that "00s60" is set, it is equal to 0.6 seconds, and the positioner will only take 0.6 seconds as a time period, It will give the user the illusion that the positioner cannot work normally.
3. After rolling for one cycle, the time relay is interrupted and the machine will not roll again. Press the green reset switch on the control box and the machine will roll from the beginning.
4. In the foot switch (foot switch) control state, the time relay does not work and belongs to the normal phenomenon.

First, change the rotation on the left side of the welding roller carrier into the rotation on the right side, and vice versa.
